1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders received before 12 PM will be dispatched on the same day.

  • Orders received after 12 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

  • If there is a delay due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping at a general rate between ₹70 to ₹90, depending on the location.

3. Shipping Method

  • We provide a single delivery method for all orders, as facilitated by Shiprocket.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

  • If your package is received in a damaged condition, you are eligible for a replacement of the ordered product.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages handled by the delivery partner. In case of such an issue, customers must reach out to the delivery partner directly.
