Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be damaged or broken upon arrival.

  • You must provide an unboxing video or clear photos as proof of the damage.

  • The original box, bottle, and bill must be included in the return package.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return, you must email us at customercare@brucedragon.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video or photos showing the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or breakage.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
